Hi, my name is Shannon!
I’ve been a stylist for 25 yrs and am happy to have called First Impressions LLC my home for the last 15 yrs. I love being a stylist because there is ALWAYS something to learn. Bringing joy to my clients is my passion! I LOVE seeing them beam with confidence and sass! This can simply be from a fantastic hair cut (I love carving and creating texture) or a drastic change. Need to feel powerful? Let’s go red! Softer? Let’s make your hair look sun-kissed! Either way, when they feel good, I feel good! It sounds like I’m just talking about the ladies, but men, they need to look good to feel good also. Men need texture and style as much as women and I love creating that!
Some of my interests include traveling across the U.S., exploring new places, and learning about the history of state and national parks. In my free time, I enjoy documentaries, wood burning, and still life photography. I’m also passionate about music, especially solfeggio frequencies, and I treasure sharing laughter and drinks with good friends.

As long as I could remember I wanted to be a hairdresser. I’m passionate about perms and especially love getting to know my clients when they come in for their weekly sets. I love working at First Impression Salon, and have been a licensed hairdresser for the past 20 years.
Some of my interests are reading eBooks, (psychological thrillers mostly) listening to audiobooks, walking nature trails, exercise videos, painting pictures. Spending time with my kids & husband.

Hi, I’m Erika! I am very passionate about color. I especially love doing balayage, highlights, and fashion colors. I am always attending classes to grow in this ever-expanding industry. I’m also a J.Beverly specialist which allows me to confidently help you with all your hair care needs.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s hiking or at the beach. I love having campfires. I’m very family oriented and love spending every moment I can with my 4 kids.

Hi, my name is Alison! I love everything about our industry but specialize in blondes, balayage, and extensions! I love our everchanging hair world and keeping up with all our new trends, but my favorite part is the connections and friendships I get to build while you’re in my chair!

Hi, my name is Shanna. I love making people feel good and look their best! My favorite services are coloring and haircutting! I specialize in coloring, highlights, men’s/women’s cuts, balayage, and fashion colors. I love to keep up with the latest trends and further my education by taking classes with new techniques.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside whether it’s going on hikes or collecting sea glass at the beach. I also enjoy watching movies and spending time with friends/family.

Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor! My journey started with a deep appreciation for makeup and from there I fell in love with hair! I enjoy color blending and creating a beautiful canvas. I am so excited and dedicated to refining the latest techniques and trends to make every client love their look and feel confident.
Taylor is also a curly dry-cutting/styling specialist trained in the latest methods to maintain textured hair.

Hey guys, my name is Savannah, and I graduated from International Institute of Technology in 2023, I am passionate about making people feel like the best versions of themselves. In my free time, I enjoy watching horror movies, listening to music, and true crime investigations! I also love all pop culture topics!

Hi, my name is Liz! I’m very passionate about hair and love expanding my knowledge so I’m able to achieve my client’s hair goals. My favorite is all things color! Foiling, balayage, and vivids! I’m also a curly hair specialist, trained in the latest curly dry cutting methods and wash n go styling.
In my free time I like to go to the beach, hangout with friends and catch up on shows!

Hello all! My name is Keishla! My hairstyling journey began at 14, when I started at Wilcox Technical Highschool. This is where I fell in love with the industry. I love highlighting and vivids, as well as working with my client to create their perfect custom colors and cuts! Making people look and feel their best every time they sit in my chair, is truly a feeling like no other!
In my free time you can find me shopping to fill my ever-expanding collection of black clothes and accessories or painting while listening to metal/early 2000s Spanish music! I am also a Pokémon card collector, Nintendo switch gamer, and love to spend time with my loved ones at home dancing around the kitchen!
